System Design

Our engineering team have extensive experience in designing, manufacturing and testing hydraulic and lubrication systems.  Our team members have experience working for gearing, hydraulic and balanced machine original equipment manufacturers (as well as marine and automotive manufacturing backgrounds) so they always strive to understand the overall functionality required of the system. Designs are tailored to suit customer requirements ensuring the best technical outcomes are achieved.

Mechanical Design and Engineering

Due to our broad mechanical background we can provide comprehensive solutions not limited to just hydraulic or lubrication systems. The hydraulic system is one part of the overall machine and involvement with all stages of design from concept to detail design and engineering ensures best integration and hence optimum performance of your equipment or machine. Complimenting our speciality mechanical expertise our capabilities include electrical, controls and instrumentation design and execution.

Although hydraulics are our specialty we are first and foremost mechanical engineers with the knowledge and experience to tackle a broad range of problems setting us apart from our competition.

Computer Aided Design

All of our hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed using the latest 3D modelling technology. This permits the designs to be optimised for maintenance and manufacture whilst allowing integration into overall customer equipment and site models.

For new equipment, we undertake finite element analysis of enclosures and base frame designs for structural design verification.

Our equipment models can be extended to include offboard interfaces, with piping and customer supplied equipment. For brownfields projects this can include integration with customer site laser scan data to ensure accurate piping tie-ins are achieved.

Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls

We believe that a quality hydraulic system depends on full integration of mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation. We have in-house expertise in these disciplines with a wealth of experience across various sectors, including industrial, petrochemical and mining. Our experience allows us to optimise individual instrumentation packages to suit the application and functional requirements of each installation or machine.

This expertise has also assisted us in developing our own instruments where we have identified a deficiency in market offerings. This includes the development of our own viscosity tolerant flow meter which are suitable for high flow oil lubrication systems.

Turnkey Solutions

Our team has the project management capabilities to deliver full turnkey solutions from concept inception through to site installation and commissioning. When coupled with inhouse engineering across all disciplines and direct control and responsibility for manufacture a most efficient and cost effective execution results.
